Important info around deposits & withdrawals
The same rules apply across every payment channel — they exist for security, compliance and to keep settlement clean.
Internal Transfers
- Internal transfers between accounts of different currencies carry a 1 % conversion fee. Same-currency transfers are free.
- Internal transfers are only allowed between personal accounts in your client portal — and complete the same day.
Deposits
- Deposits must come from your own personal account · third-party payments are rejected for AML and security compliance.
- Minimum deposit · Classic $50, Premier $1,000, Elite $5,000.
- Investment-account deposits depend on the chosen strategy — check the strategy conditions before funding.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawals only to your own personal accounts · same-name, same-method. Prevents money laundering.
- One withdrawal per day to optimise operational cost and processor fees.
- If you've funded from multiple methods, withdrawals are split proportionally across them.
- Changing your account password disables withdrawals for 24 hours — a security circuit-breaker.
- Withdrawals inside 48 h of a deposit, or before any trading activity, are debited by the deposit fees we paid on your behalf.
Processing Time
- Each method's ETA is on its card above — those numbers are the source of truth.
- If a deposit or withdrawal isn't processed immediately, it completes within 24 business hours.
- We're not liable for delays caused by payment providers · the processor / bank ETA is theirs, not ours.
- Processing times can change without notice — always check the live ETA in your client portal before submitting.
