Terms and Conditions for No Deposit Bonus
The No Deposit Bonus (hereinafter the “Campaign”) shall be subject to the terms and conditions contained herein (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions”).
1. Campaign Period
The Campaign is available to:
• Clients who register via the specific link that has been provided by the IB
• Clients who attended an official OFinancial event and present a valid cheque
2. Eligibility
The Campaign is available to:
• New clients who have registered via the specific IB-provided link, subject to OFinancial’s eligibility criteria as indicated in the Client Agreement and these Terms and Conditions
• Clients who attended an official OFinancial event and can present a valid cheque with the assigned number
For IB-registered clients:
• The Credit will be added to the special bonus account
• Clients will be able to withdraw the Profit that is generated after successfully completing 10 trading lots
For event-attendee clients:
• The USD 50 no deposit bonus will be available to clients who present the cheque with the number
• To claim the bonus, clients must send the cheque to [email protected]
• Clients can withdraw the profits after successfully completing 5 trading lots
• No expiry date applies to the event bonus
3. Participation
To participate in the Campaign:
For IB-registered clients:
• New clients must register via the specific link provided by the IB
• Accept these Terms and Conditions
• A special bonus account will be automatically created
For event-attendee clients:
• Must email the valid cheque to [email protected]
• A special bonus account will be created upon verification
A special bonus account will be automatically created upon registration or cheque verification.
The Credit will be deposited upon the opening of the special bonus account for the Campaign.
KYC is required to receive the bonus for all clients.
No deposit is required to receive the Credit.
The Campaign is only available for direct new clients who register via the specific IB link or present a valid event cheque.
PAMM accounts are excluded.
The use of Expert Advisors is allowed for trading.
Only lots of closed orders of OFinancial products excluding U.S., Hong Kong and Australia stocks and cryptocurrency will be calculated as part of the minimum trading requirements for the Profit to become withdrawable.
Clients may not make any deposits or transfers into the special bonus account for the Campaign. They may opt to open another of OFinancial’s available accounts to proceed and make a deposit.
4. Terms and Conditions
4.1 Permitted Trading Instruments
Clients participating in this Campaign are permitted to trade only Foreign Exchange (FX) and Gold products in the special bonus account.
No other asset classes or instruments will be eligible for trading or for the calculation of the minimum trading requirements.
Any trades placed on products other than FX or Gold will not be counted towards the required trading lots and may be subject to cancellation at OFinancial’s discretion.
4.2 Credit
The Campaign offers eligible clients a Credit as follows:
• For IB-registered clients: amount determined by OFinancial
• For event-attendee clients: USD 50 no deposit bonus
The Credit will be added automatically upon the opening of the special bonus account.
For IB-registered clients, the Credit will expire after meeting the trading requirements.
In addition, the Credit granted under this Campaign shall remain valid for a period of one (1) month from the date it is credited to the special bonus account.
Any unused Credit after this period will be automatically removed without prior notice.
For event-attendee clients, the Credit has no expiry date.
Clients can withdraw their Profit after meeting the requirements of:
• 10 trading lots for IB-registered clients
• 5 trading lots for event-attendee clients
The maximum profit payout permitted from the special bonus account is USD 200.
Any Profit exceeding this limit will not be eligible for withdrawal.
4.3 Minimum Trade Duration
All trades opened in the special bonus account must remain open for a minimum of two (2) minutes.
Trades closed before two minutes will not be counted towards the required trading lots and may be excluded from profit calculations.
4.4 Account Limitations
Only one (1) No Deposit Bonus account is permitted per client, household, or IP address.
Creation of multiple NDB accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all related accounts and removal of any associated Credit or Profit.
OFinancial shall examine and clear all negative balances within 48 hours, subject to the absence of indications of abusive trading. The decision to clear negative balances rests solely with OFinancial.
Once the negative balance has been cleared the Credit will be removed from the account subsequently (if any) after all the positions have been closed.
If clients fail to meet the trading requirements, they will not be able to withdraw their Profit and the Credit will be removed from the account. Please be aware of the open positions at that time. OFinancial will not be responsible for any potential losses after credit removal. All credit will be removed once it has been used.
Clients must contact [email protected] once they have met the trading requirements and the support team will check the details of their account accordingly.
Credit is not transferable or withdrawable; however, the Profit is transferable and withdrawable provided clients meet the required trading lots and comply with the above restrictions.
OFinancial will not be liable for any stop outs or any other consequences arising from the cancellation and/or removal of the Credit.
During the period of participating in this Campaign clients may participate in other campaigns by using a different account.
5. Leverage and Abuse
The maximum leverage provided to the bonus account is 1:500.
OFinancial reserves the right to adjust clients’ leverage when the client is suspected or found abusing the maximum leverage provided to the bonus account.
6. Fraud and Manipulation
If any indications or suspicions of fraud, manipulation, internal or external hedging, cash-back or bonus or swap arbitrage, or other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity are detected in a client’s account or multiple accounts with OFinancial or otherwise related or connected to the Credit, OFinancial retains the right to nullify all transactions and/or rebates, bonus amount, profits or losses garnered therein.
7. Disputes and Language
In the event of any disputes, OFinancial reserves the absolute discretion in all matters pertaining to this Campaign and any relevant offer(s), which shall be binding upon all the parties concerned.
In cases of any discrepancies between the English and other language versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall take precedence.
8. Client Agreement and Risk Disclosure
You undertake to read and agree to the Client Agreement carefully before creating an Account with us. You fully understand the risks involved and are solely responsible for any investment strategies, transactions or investments that you enter. You should seek independent professional advice if you do not understand the risks highlighted.
9. Bonus Limit
The bonus is limited to one per client. Each client is only eligible to receive one No Deposit Bonus, regardless of the number of accounts or registrations made. (Reinforced in 4.4 above.)
10. Amendments and Termination
OFinancial reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions or terminate the Campaign at any time and at its sole discretion or cease this Campaign without any prior notice.
By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions. The final interpretation of these Terms and Conditions belongs to OFinancial.
