The Social Trading Platform Built for You

OFinancial Social is a social trading app powered by Pelican Trading, allowing you to copy strategies from successful traders or become a signal provider yourself using your OFinancial MetaTrader 5 account.

Download the OFinancial Social app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Existing clients can sign up using their registered email. If you're new, first apply for a live account, then link your MetaTrader 5 account to OFinancial Social.

Link your MetaTrader 5 account by entering your login details within the OFinancial Social app.

Make sure:

• You're using your trading password, not your investor password.

• Your server, account number, and password are correct.

• You have closed any open trades if previously connected as a signal account.

• Your MetaTrader 5 password is under 15 characters.

Go to Account > Settings > Account Information and select Delete Account. Note: This logs you out immediately.

Navigate to Account > Settings > Account Information and select Unlink Account. You will then be redirected to the Discover section.

Go to Account, choose Link Account, and enter your new trading account details.

Select Account then Edit Profile to change your name, bio, website, or location.

Yes, manual trading is available.

The app language matches your device's language settings. To change the app language, update your device settings.

Such requests must be made via the OFinancial Client Area or by contacting OFinancial Support.

To copy a trader, select the trader's account and press Copy.
Complete the Suitability Form if required.

Choose your copy size method:

• Proportional by Equity – Trades match your equity relative to the trader.

• Mirror Master Size – Exact same trade size as the trader.

• Fixed Size – All trades have a set fixed size.
  
  

Decide whether to copy open trades and round trade sizes. Then confirm.

At the start of each month, regardless of when you began copying.

Your trade sizes match the proportion of the trader’s trades relative to your account balance, maintaining similar risk levels.

Yes, you can place your own trades even when copying a trader. You retain full control and responsibility for your account.

A Signal is an account you choose to copy. It can also be called a Strategy or Fund.

Anyone can become a Signal provider upon linking a live account. Typically, providers have at least 6 months' experience and positive trading history. Complete the assessment form after linking your account.

Approved signal providers can set a performance fee via the Account page. This can be up to 50% and changed anytime, affecting only new subscribers.

Performance fees are calculated and deducted based on your broker's settings: instantly, daily, weekly, or monthly.

Yes, but you must first apply for this feature through the Account section by selecting 'I want to charge my copiers'.

Automatically, based on profitable trades only, and paid at the beginning of each month.

This copies trades exactly as they are made by the trader you follow, regardless of the account size differences. For instance, copying a $50 Bitcoin purchase results in your account also buying $50 of Bitcoin.
